Q . Is there any minimum order quantity?
We generally work with a minimum order quantity of 50 units or more. However for limited products quantities less than 50 might be possible.
Q . What is the delivery timeline once the order is confirmed?
The delivery time depends on the product selection and order quantity. Typical dispatch timelines vary between 10 – 20 working days. In case the requirement is urgent, please connect with your account manager to understand the readily available product and their dispatch timelines. Express order might be processed in 2-5 working days.
Q . What is the payment structure?
You need to pay the advance amount for the order confirmation. The pending payment needs to be paid before the first dispatch.
Q . What if the items are lost in transit?
You have the option to opt for transit insurance. For limited liability, Swackit will either replace the lost item or issue a refund for the lost package.
Q . Do I need a product that is not available on the website?
You can request on the website for the products that you are looking for. Our team will reach out to you with the possible options and pricing

We have provided the additional discount offered against the quantity. The information is clearly visible on the website on the product page. This is done to ensure transparent pricing for all.

Q. Are the mockups a true representation?
We try to get the print as close as possible to the mockups. But due to limitations of printing technique, surface of the product, etc, there might be slight variation in the actual products.
