Online Order Policy

Shipping Policy

The order is shipped within 2-7 working days from the date of order confirmation. It takes typically 2-7 days in transit once the order is shipped. A live tracking detail is shared over the sms so that you can keep a track of the order. The tracking link will be active only after you place the order.

Order cancellation

Order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you can make changes to the delivery address within 24 hours of order placement by reaching out to us on support@swackit.com.

Order exchange

You can place a request for exchange of t-shirts & shirts in case of size mismatch. Only the unused t-shirts & shirts with original tags intact are eligible for exchange. For exchange, you need to courier back the product to Swackit’s office in Bangalore. Once received, Swackit will reship the new product as per your requirement.

Replacement Policy

In case of loss or damage in transit, the product will be replaced if it is informed to us within 48 hours of delivery along with the proof of damage.
