Refund Policy

Introduction

At Swackit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging and tags are intact
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 5)
  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@swackit.com with your order number and reason for return along with photo/video proof of the unused products.
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Please do not ship items back without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to:

  • The original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), or
  • Swackit store credit, at your preference

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it can take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Perishable or consumable goods (if applicable)
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items returned after the 2-day window
  • Items that are used, washed, or altered

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@swackit.com or before an item is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Swackit will bear the return shipping cost. For all other return reasons, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.
